1. Take exit 92.
2. Go east to 2nd or 3rd stoplight.
3. Turn left onto Fourth Avenue.
4. At the next light, turn right onto Michigan Street.
5. Turn right into Wilson Memorial Hospital.
6. Go to the Yeager building.

Celina Office

From 1-75

1. Take Wapakoneta Exit – 33 west.
2. Follow 33/29 to St. Mary’s. 33 will branch off.
3. Remain on 29 west into Celina.
4. Turn left onto 127 south/Main Street.
5. Community Medical Center is a one story brick building on the right side of the steet. It is located north of the Lake Front Racquet Club on the opposite side of the street. There is a flashing yellow light at the entrance.

1. Get onto I-70W.
2. Take the Route 49 North exit (Brookville/Greenville).
